Hey there, mama.
I’m Lidiya.
Call me your blogging cheerleader because I’ll show you how to grow a WordPress blog that supports your family and your dreams.
I’m here to guide you from first post to profitable blogging biz, but first, here’s my story.
I’m a blogger, course creator, and business owner, and you may know me from my main blog, Let’s Reach Success, which I’ve run for over 10 years now.
But as being a full-time blogger has given me so much, and as I’m taking up a new role in life – a mom – I also felt called to start a new platform that will be just for moms who want to do the same.
The goal:
To be relaxed during pregnancy, do work you enjoy, work for yourself, bring in an extra income, build a whole new business during nap time, and stay home with your family without having to miss a moment.
If that’s you, I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m about to teach you all I know about one specific business model that has worked for me – blogging – and which may just change your life the way it changed mine.
Ready?
From 10 Years of Blogging to a New Beginning
Why am I starting a whole new blog if I’ve already written so much about blogging on Let’s Reach Success? Well, for a start, because I just had to. I couldn’t just keep the idea for it in my mind.
Plus, LRS covers too many categories (narrowing down my niche has never been my strong side!), doesn’t have the personal touch it used to, hosts hundreds of guest posts and sponsored posts, and I’ve changed direction on it too many times.
Still, though, the main thing I teach is blogging. All my programs are about that, it’s what I love the most, and what I’ve been doing for so many years.
🌸 A Bit More About Me

I’ve shared my whole story, with all the details, here.
Here’s a quick summary:
I started my blogging journey over a decade ago with no experience and initial capital, having no one in my life who was doing the same, and no idea whether it could turn into a full-time business.
What began as a passion project became my main source of income, opened doors to digital products and sponsorships, and allowed me to work for myself—on my terms.
Here are some fun milestones I hit over the next years:
🌸 Creating passive income streams;
🌸 Earning $50K a year as a blogger;
🌸 Getting over 100,000 page views in one month;
🌸 Having regular $5K months and working minimum hours;
🌸 Earning over $1000 from a sponsored collaboration with a brand;
🌸 Being named one of the top course creators and experts to watch in 2021 by Yahoo! News;
🌸 Receiving great feedback and warm messages from my audience;
🌸 Inspiring people to start blogs and earn from sponsored content;
🌸 Being interviewed on many great sites online;
🌸 Participating in some of the top course bundles online with my digital programs.
🧸 Life looks a little different today, though.
I’m not the single girl who relocated to Amsterdam, didn’t need anyone in her life, had no responsibilities, could dive into personal growth, spirituality and business for days at a time while forgetting about the rest of the world, could book a trip spontaneously, and didn’t really care about saving or investing.
Now,I live in Maastricht (in the south of the Netherlands), with my partner who is my favorite person in the world, have my cute home office (the first one ever), and am pregnant.
And while life is in many ways more boring than ever, it’s also more meaningful and peaceful than ever. Family, preparing for the future, my health and my sobriety (I stopped alcohol last year) – these are now priorities.
There’s no drama, little to no toxic patterns, no crazy adventures and spontaneous decisions. But there are also no regrets, no bad consequences, no guilt, no shame, and no rush.
I still have a big vision and am going after it, it’s just happening slowly, and without too much adrenaline.
And as I step into this new season of life—becoming a mom—I’m even more grateful for what blogging has given me. Freedom, flexibility, purpose… and the ability to build something from home, which will allow me to be fully present with my little one.
That’s what I want for you too. A chance to create something meaningful and profitable—during nap time, after bedtime, or whenever you get a moment to yourself.
🎀 But wait, isn’t blogging dead?
I see why you may think that.
A lot has changed in the blogging space in the last years. Google algorithm changes have left big and small publishers with almost no traffic, many even stopped relying on search engine traffic entirely and focused on other traffic sources (there are others, no worries!).
AI redefined what was possible, (and keeps doing it, as we speak). AI Search changed the way people browse content online, there’s a lot of low quality information out there now, and many more blogs, posts and pieces of content exist because of AI, which technically creates too much of everything.
It’s also easier to build a following on platforms like TikTok, using short-form content, posting a lot, teaching just one specific thing, and waiting for your big shot (the moment your get your first viral post or video).
There are many paths to take these days if you want to earn as a content creator. But that doesn’t mean blogging is dead.
I prove it all the time not just with my business, but with the bloggers I interview on Let’s Reach Success. I’ve got over 100 success stories there. Go check some out. 🙂
Having a blog is still the way to go if you want to have a platform you own and if written content is your thing. You can also grow an email list and build a brand around it, as well as monetize in different ways.
The longer you do that, the more that blog’s authority will benefit you. How you leverage that is up to you.
So, if you decide to stick around here, forget the phrase ‘blogging is dead’.
🍼 Who This Blog is For

I created Blogging with Lidiya for the new mom (or mom-to-be) who wants to create something profitable online, and – more specifically – a digital asset such as a blog that she can grow during nap time, and which will be her way to earn an extra income and/or build her dream life (+ working from home, for herself, and never missing a moment with her kids).
I will cover only blogging around here.
The current categories are:
👩💻 Start Your Blog
📈 Blog Traffic & SEO
💰 Make Money Blogging
You can find them in the menu on top.
Also, this blog is for beginners, and a great starting point for you is my free course The Passive Income Blog Boss.
Signing up for it (or for any of the opt-in forms on the site) will also add you to my email list, which means you’ll be getting my weekly newsletter with new content and more helpful tips and resources, inspiring blogger interviews, and some personal updates.
Plus, all the content you’ll find on the site is focused on building a WordPress blog. That’s the content management system I’ve been using from day 1, and which I absolutely love, and also the one I know inside out. So I’ll be sharing WordPress tutorials, quick guides, tips and tricks, as well as reviews of different plugins and tools.
👩💻 What to Expect Around Here
Expect regular blog posts (weekly) in the categories I mentioned.
I’ll keep things simple and to the point and add screenshots where necessary. Your time is more valuable than ever now that you’re a mom (or are expecting) so I don’t want to waste it. I only want to give you the information you need to start, grow or monetize your site sooner rather than later.
If you have any questions (or want to see me cover specific topics in future blog posts), feel free to leave comments under posts. For now, I’ll leave comments enabled for this blog. I’d love to build a community of moms around here.

🤍 Not a mom?
If you’re a man, a woman but not a mom, or identify yourself in any other way, everyone’s welcome here! Please know that no one is excluded, and creating this blog with moms in mind is simply because:
it helps me have a direction and a more specific niche;
I’m in the process of becoming a mom and it changes my whole world;
I want to know who my ideal reader is so I can create content more easily;
I know (at least to some extent) what mom bloggers are experiencing and how they feel, so I can relate.
But that just means I’ll often refer to their particular pains, lifestyle and mindset, will carry more feminine energy around here (especially now that I’m carrying a baby girl 🎀), and the branding and visuals of the site will reflect that (more pink + mostly images of women and moms).
Still, though, the blogging advice itself can be applied by anyone, for any niche, and my newsletter and blogging courses are for anyone who’s interested in building a blogging business.
